Questions

What counts as a verification?
One call to POST /v1/verify (a page view scored by detect.js, or a server-side check). Dashboard reads, rule previews, MCP tool calls and webhooks are free.
What happens when I go over?
On paid plans nothing breaks: extra verifications are metered and billed per 1,000 at the end of the month at your plan's overage rate. On Free you get a 48-hour grace window, then /v1/verify returns 429 with an upgrade link until the next month.
What does "monitor only" mean on Free?
You get the full verdict for every visitor (segment, risk, score, signals) and the dashboard, but enforcement — block / challenge actions, per-visitor labels and rules — unlocks on Starter.
Can my agent upgrade for me?
Yes. POST /v1/checkout with { key, plan } returns a Stripe Checkout URL. Discovery lives at /llms.txt, /openapi.json and /SKILL.md.
Do I lose history if I downgrade?
No. Visitor IDs, labels and rules stay on your key. Retention shrinks to the new plan's window.
Is there an annual plan or volume discount?
